Rod Cotton is a board member, biotech & healthcare executive, medical college advisor, and health equity advocate.
For nearly 22 years, he worked at Roche Diagnostics in senior roles culminating to SVP, Head of Strategy & Transformation, and Chief of Staff to the CEO.
He is a board member at Orchard Software, a private equity-backed software development firm serving 2,000+ laboratories nationwide, and a board member at Community Health Network.
Rod holds an MBA from California State University and a Master’s Degree in Strategic Management from USC Marshall School of Business.
Dr. Lance D. Williams is an emergency medicine physician in Norman, Oklahoma and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including Mercy Hospital Ada and Norman Regional Hospital-Norman. He received his medical degree from University of Oklahoma College of Medicine and has been in practice for more than 20 years.
As a proven leader in emergency medicine, Dr. Robert R. Frantz offers valuable knowledge and experience to the company as president of the TeamHealth West Group, overseeing Emergency Medicine and Hospital Medicine. Dr. Frantz works closely with hospital clients to ensure healthy business relationships and also takes the lead for all aspects of the group’s business, including:
With more than 30 years of emergency medicine and administrative experience, Dr. Frantz has held numerous hospital and physician group leadership roles, including attending physician, medical director, operating manager, risk manager and partner and board member. Board-certified in emergency medicine, Dr. Frantz holds professional memberships in the American College of Physician Executives, the American Society of Healthcare Risk Management, the American Medical Association, the Oklahoma State Medical Association and the Oklahoma Emergency Medical Technicians Association. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians.
Dr. Frantz received his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine, Oklahoma City. He completed an internship at University Hospital in Oklahoma City as well as an emergency medicine residency at University Hospital in Oklahoma City and at Yale School of Medicine, New Haven, Connecticut.

He is a robotics and industrial automation expert who supported the build of GE’s Adaptix, a Flat Panel X-ray Source that allows for the digitization of the imaging system.
